These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Quisas (قصص) mobile application (package name: com.duncled.quisas) developed by duncled. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Quisas app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the app. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Use of the App

The Quisas app is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and reading. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the app
• Use the app to transmit any malware or harmful code
• Interfere with the operation of the app or its underlying systems
• Republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit any story content from the app without permission

Content and Copyright

All story content made available through the app is the property of duncled or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The app grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to read the content for personal enjoyment.

Accounts

You may use Quisas anonymously as a guest, or optionally sign in with Google. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at contact@duncled.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Offline Reading

Quisas may cache story content locally for offline reading. This content remains subject to the same copyright and licensing terms as the online version.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and all original content are owned by Duncled or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duncled shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
