These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Prophets (قصص الأنبياء) mobile application (package name: com.duncled.prophetstories) developed by duncled. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Prophets app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the app. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Use of the App

The Prophets app is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the app
• Use the app to transmit any malware or harmful code
• Interfere with the operation of the app or its underlying systems

No Account Required

The Prophets app does not require any user account to function. All data — including bookmarks, quiz scores, and personal reflections — is stored locally on your device. No personal information is collected or transmitted.

Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, is owned by Duncled or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The stories and religious content are based on publicly available sources and are provided for educational purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The religious content is provided for informational purposes and should not be taken as authoritative religious guidance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duncled shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
