By downloading, installing, or using the Athan & Adkar app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the app. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Prayer times are calculated using astronomical formulas and/or provided by third-party APIs. While we strive for accuracy, prayer times may vary slightly from local mosque announcements or official authorities. Users are encouraged to verify times with their local mosque for important religious obligations.
All content within the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio files, and software, is owned by Duncled or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The religious content (adhkar, Quranic verses) is provided for personal use and reference.
The app is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The religious content is provided for informational purposes and should not be taken as authoritative religious guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duncled shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
